About

This site exists for 2 reasons:

1. It exists to promote Devin’s listings in ways that go far beyond anything that any buyer has seen.  It exists to give the buyers everything from videos (inside the home, outside the home, the neighborhood), to pictures (more than 3 times the number of pictures you will normally see), to information on the neighborhood (restaurants, parks, grocery stores, etc.).  It exists to show the buyer maps, from the house, to interesting sites, to bike trails, to Old Town, etc., etc.  It exists to give the potential buyer a full picture of the home & neighborhood without leaving their home.  Make no mistake, there is nothing like seeing the home for yourself, in person, but at least, with the help of this site, you will be able to get a taste of the home & neighborhood.
2. This site also exists to keep our community up to date on what is going on our community; this site exists to promote and spotlight our community members.  We may have a blog post on a local author, or maybe a local artist, or maybe an upcoming event.  We may have posts on local history or on a local school project.  Check in as often as you like to see what’s new!
